Deliveries within Germany:

- Package = 4,79 €  DHL

- Paketversand XL = 9,90 € (GLS, Wheels, Frames, Rims only Germany)

- Small parts up to 100g and 10mm height can also be sent as a letter, delivery letter item = € 2.75

- Dangerous Goods = 14,90 EUR (DPD e-Bike batteries only Germany )

- Spedition = 49,90 EUR (GEL komplete bikes and E-Bikes only Germany)

delivery to EU States:

- DHL Parcel = 16,90 EUR

- Small parts up to 100g and 10mm height can also be sent as a letter, delivery letter item = € 7.99

delivery to Swizerland:

- DHL Parcel = 20,99 EUR

delivery to Norway:

- DHL Parcel = 29,99 EUR

delivery times

As far as in the item description of any other period, the supply of goods in Germany is made within 1 - 3 days (at an agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
Have you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common mission, unless we have made no agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For collection, we will inform you via email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
